St. Louis companies and foundations play an important role at The Muny, as they help to bring St. Louis families together every summer for the biggest musicals under the stars. Their participation, nearly all of which is tax deductible, helps insure that The Muny continues to enrich lives by producing quality musical theatre accessible to all, as one of St. Louis’s most remarkable traditions in beautiful Forest Park.

The Show Must Go On

Creating dramatic moments takes talent, expertise, teamwork and lots of support. Unlike many institutions in Forest Park, The Muny receives NO TAX SUPPORT from the Zoo-Museum District, Missouri Arts Council or Regional Arts Commission. Corporate and Civic Partners help underwrite basic production costs, fund educational programs, support outreach efforts into underserved St. Louis communities and insure The Muny’s continued existence for generations to come.

Current opportunities include:

Sponsorship of the entire Muny season
Sponsorship of a show – or part of a show
Sponsorship of a guest service, such as headsets for the hearing impaired or wheelchairs
Designation as an Official Muny Product or Service, such as vehicles or lodging
Funding of The Muny’s community outreach program or pre-show activities
Underwriting of The Muny Kids or The Muny Teens performing troupes
Funding for choreographers, directors, scenic artists or guest stars
Subsidizing of internships and special events

Levels of Support

Each level of support includes recognition in various forms of Muny media, plus other Muny appreciation through on-site guest access, tickets and promotional inclusions. Levels range from $5,000 up to $75,000, nearly all of which is tax deductible.
