Our Flexible Event Spaces

Culver Pavilion
The Muny’s Culver Pavilion features open-air (though covered} elegance, a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, bar service and an accessible, flexible layout.
- Available April, September, October
- Up to 300 guests for seated dinner (depending on other event requirements)
- 400 guests for standing reception
- Other Features: 6,600 square feet of event space with a professional hardwood dance floor, built-in bar, ceiling fans, and free street parking
- RATE: $2,500-3,850

Broadhurst Pavilion
This covered, outdoor rehearsal platform converts nightly during the Muny season into a setting for group events. The pavilion overlooks beautiful green space on the west side of The Muny and is wonderful for casual gatherings, corporate meetings and special events.

- Up to 350 guests for seated dinner (depending on other event requirements)
- 400 guests for standing reception
- Other Features: 7,878 square feet of event space with ceiling fans and free street parking
- RATE: $2,350-3,000

Orthwein Hall
(Choose Emerson Studio or McDonnell Studio)
Constructed in 2007, this beautiful, two-story facility is backstage, in the heart of the theatre back lot. It’s ideally suited for corporate events, seminars and indoor receptions. It’s also a fully functional studio space, perfect for dance or show rehearsals, video production or recitals.

- 2-Hour Minimum Rehearsal
- Monday-Thursday $50/hour | Friday-Sunday $75/hour
- 5-Hour Event for up to 100 guests
- RATE: $1,500-2,000

Lichtenstein Plaza
Lichtenstein Plaza is broad plaza area at the top of The Muny — a beautiful area for receptions, displays and special events. Classic and casual, Lichtenstein features wide walkways, easy access and the backdrop of the upper Muny colonnades.
- Available April, September, October
- Provides up to 50,000 square feet of space (concrete plaza is semi-circular in shape)
- Other Features: Directly adjacent to easily accessible free parking lot and restrooms
- 5 HOUR EVENT RATE: $1,500

Steward Family Plaza
The colorfully landscaped Steward Family Plaza is an outdoor venue immediately in front of Culver Pavilion. This beautiful area provides wonderful backdrops for photos, expansive space for receptions and a grassy area for formal and casual events. This space can also be used in conjunction with an event in Culver Pavilion, for a beautiful reception preceding dinner.

- Provides up to 10,000 square feet of space (irregular in shape)
- Other Features: Adjacent to easily accessible free street parking lot and restrooms
- RATE: $1,500-2,000

East Pergola
The East Pergola is an art deco-style covered walkway located between the Steward Family Plaza and our administration building. Under the picturesque colonnades, this private corridor is ideal for events ranging from wedding ceremonies to happy hours. Under the beautiful architecture of the pergola, set in the middle of the natural beauty of Forest Park, this incredibly versatile space is a great blank canvas to add your touch for a special occasion.
