Seasonal Staff (Multiple Positions)

Front of House

  • Ushers (Includes Gate Personnel and Wheelchair Attendants)
  • VIP Parking Attendants

Concessions: All roles require proof of Hepatitis A shots within 2 weeks of employment. 

  • Food/Prep Runner
  • Cashier 
  • Bartender/Cashier (minimum age is 21)
    • NOTE: If hired, offer is contingent upon successful completion of background check and required training. 
  • Grounds Crew — Maintaining the Muny grounds (i.e. watering , weeding and trash removal for designated areas).  General knowledge of landscaping equipment and safety is preferred, or the ability to learn proper and safe use of equipment while training).  This is a daytime position.

Culver Pavilion (Prior kitchen and restaurant experience strongly preferred): All roles require proof of Hepatitis A shots within 2 weeks of employment. 

  • Support Member (Setup, Clean-up, Food Runner, etc.) – You will be responsible for setup and cleaning designated areas, delivering food orders rapidly and accurately, stocking the buffet/areas needed, and assisting with inventory as directed. 

Wardrobe Head (Production)

POSITION SUMMARY 

Under the direction of the Costume Director and the Production Manager this position serves as a key member of The Muny’s production team.  The Wardrobe Head is responsible for coordinating the care, management and organization of all costumes throughout the dress rehearsal, performances and strike of assigned productions.  The Wardrobe Head collaborates with the Costume Director/ Associate Costume Director and the Costume Designer/ Coordinator and the Actors/ Stage Managers in all aspects of the run of the show.  The Wardrobe Head attends run throughs and rehearsals as necessary to oversee the wardrobe run for rehearsals and performances.  The Wardrobe Head is the first line of communication between the costume shop and the dressers, and the execution of the run.


Seasonal Lead Chef (Food & Beverage)

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Muny food and beverage department is looking for a seasonal lead chef who will share duties with another lead chef. Responsibilities include staff supervision, food production, service for Culver Pavilion restaurant, and some catering and light ordering. The position offers flexible hours; shifts vary depending on the Muny summer production schedule. Please email [email protected] with your interest and qualifications! Wig/Makeup Day Crew (Production)

POSITION SUMMARY 

Under the direction of the Wig Shop Manager, this position serves as a key member of The Muny’s production team. The crew is responsible for constructing and fitting hairstyles, wigs, and makeup for assigned productions in cooperation with the supervisor’s and wig designer’s specifications.
