Position summary: The Associate Director of Major Gifts is responsible for securing gifts to reach the annual department fundraising goal. The Associate Director of Major Gifts will develop, manage, and implement strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors through individualized plans that will lead to annual gifts. This position secures philanthropic support from new and existing donors; stewards an active portfolio of donors and prospects; executes major gifts fundraising strategy, while integrating planned giving and annual support strategies depending on the donor. Position summary: The Development Database Manager is a member of the Revenue Team and responsible for providing high-level support to ensure overall fundraising success. Must possess a high attention to detail as the Database Manager is primarily responsible for managing The Muny’s database including entering all gifts, evaluating overall giving trends and identifying opportunities for additional donor cultivation and stewardship. The Database Manager will be responsible for learning current processes but also looking for ongoing enhancements to move to a more automated system of data entry and collection.
