Digital Parking Passes FAQ

Mobile parking passes arrive via email from [email protected]. The subject line will read: The Muny Mobile Ticket Confirmation .

Print-at-Home passes arrive via email from [email protected]. The subject line will read: MetroTix (Muny) Print-Your-Own Tickets.

If you have questions, do not reply to this email as Metrotix will not be able to answer them. Please contact the Muny Partner office at [email protected]

The parking pass that is sent to you is a valid pass. Make sure you protect it like you would any show ticket. Each pass contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event and can only be used once. If any copies are made of the pass, or if you give your pass away and then accidentally use it, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If a unique barcode has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.

The email will contain one link for each parking pass.

PARKING PASS EXCHANGE POLICY

If you exchange your show tickets to attend on a different night than is listed on your parking pass, you MUST also exchange your parking pass. The parking pass exchange can be handled at the same time, and in the same method, as your show ticket exchange.

GENERAL FAQS

I HAVE EXCHANGED MY SHOW TICKETS, DO I NEED TO EXCHANGE MY PARKING PASS?

  1. If my pass has a date on it do I need to exchange my pass?
    • Yes, you do need to exchange your parking pass. The exchange can be handled at the same time, and in the same method, as your show ticket exchange.

      Hall of Fame: Exchange through Ticket Concierge Service (or Box Office)
  2. If my pass says VALID ANY DAY JULY 5 – SEPT 5, do I need to exchange my pass?
    • No, you do not need to exchange your pass. It is valid for one scan only on any day of the 2021 season.
  3. If my pass says EVENT DATE 07/26/21 VALID ANY DAY THRU SEPT 5, do I need to exchange my pass?
    • No, you do not need to exchange your pass. It is valid for one scan only on any day of the 2021 season.

A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER IS USING MY SHOW TICKETS. CAN I GIVE THEM MY DIGITAL PARKING PASS?

MOBILE PASSES

Yes. Forward the email you received from [email protected]. Instruct them to click on a specific show link that is associated with the show tickets you have given them. You cannot share a mobile pass directly from your smart phone. You can only share it via the original email.

If you have passes that are VALID ON ANY NIGHT, you will have to give very specific instructions as to which pass (first, second, third, fourth or fifth) that they should download, depending upon how many you have already used. Remember that a pass cannot be used twice so share these VALID ON ANY NIGHT passes very carefully.

PRINT YOUR OWN PASSES

Yes, just forward the email to them. If there is more than one pass in the email be sure to instruct them which pass they should use. Remember that a pass cannot be used twice so share these VALID ON ANY NIGHT passes very carefully.


I DELETED THE PARKING PASS DELIVERY EMAIL BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE PASS(ES) TO MY DIGITAL WALLET… HOW CAN I STILL GET THEM?

MOBILE PASSES

WHAT SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE DO I NEED?

If you have an iPhone or an Apple Watch: use the Apple Wallet app, which comes pre-installed and works with iPhone or Apple Watch devices running iOS 6 or later.

If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system: use the Google Pay app, which you need to self-install.

HOW ARE MY PASSES SENT TO ME?

Your parking passes will be emailed to you from [email protected], subject line: The Muny Mobile Ticket Confirmation. In this email there will be links to download your parking passes to either Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

HOW DO I SAVE PARKING PASSES TO MY IPHONE APPLE WALLET?

For DONOR PARKING – VALID ANY DAY THRU SEPT. 5:

You’ll receive an email. Using your smartphone, open the email and tap on the link to access the pass in your web browser.

tap the ADD TO APPLE WALLET link to open Apple Wallet

The pass with QR code will appear – tap ADD in the upper right-hand corner to add the pass to your wallet.

You will be returned to the Access page: click on next pass to repeat process. Be sure to add each pass in turn to make sure you get them all. You will not be able to accidentally add a pass twice. Check your wallet to make sure that you have added them all.

Ready To Scan! You’ll see the pass(es) when you open your wallet.

After a pass has been added to your wallet, it will be available on your Apple watch (must be iCloud connected to your iPhone).

For NIGHT SPECIFIC PASSES:

You’ll receive an email. Using your smartphone, open the email and tap on the link to access the pass in your web browser.

HOW DO I SAVE PARKING PASSES TO MY ANDROID GOOGLE PAY APP?

(You must have Google Pay app installed on your smartphone.)

For DONOR PARKING – VALID ANY DAY THRU SEPT. 5:

You’ll receive an email. Using your smartphone, open the email and tap on the link to access the pass in your web browser.

On the ticket access page, tap the GPAY SAVE TO PHONE link to open Google Pay app and tap the SAVE button to add the pass to Google Pay Wallet. NOTE: If you don’t have the Google Pay App installed on your smartphone, you’ll be prompted to install it when attempting to save your pass(es) to Google Pay.

You’ll see the pass(es) when you tap the VIEW IN APP button.

Return to the Access page: click on next pass to repeat process.

Open GooglePay and you are Ready To Scan!

HOW DO I USE MY MOBILE PARKING PASSES TO ENTER THE VIP PARKING LOT?

Before night of show, make sure you have saved your mobile passes to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Before you arrive at the VIP Parking Lot entrance, open your smartphone wallet, tap on the pass for that performance so it displays on your smartphone. When you arrive at the Muny VIP Lot, hold your smartphone up so the barcode is visible. The Gate Keeper will scan the barcode.

We encourage you to download your parking passes in advance to save you time and speed your entry into the VIP Parking Lot.

Print-Your-Own (PYO) Passes

HOW ARE MY PASSES SENT TO ME?

  2. How do I use my PYO Parking passes to enter the VIP Parking Lot?
    • Before night of show, make sure you have printed or can access them in your email. Before you arrive at the VIP Parking Lot entrance, have your PYO pass ready. When you arrive at the Muny VIP Lot, hold up your PYO pass to be scanned. The Gate Keeper will scan the barcode.
