Thank you for subscribing to the 2024 Muny season! When you receive your mobile or printed season tickets please confirm the quantity, seat location and night for each of our seven productions this season. Notify The Muny Box Office if you notice any discrepancies. On behalf of the entire Muny staff and family, we welcome you to The Muny’s 106th Season!
SEASON TICKET HOLDER SERVICES
Priority Access to Single Tickets
Subscribers can purchase extra tickets for all shows before they go on sale to the public with the Additional Ticket Order Form, mailed to Subscribers on May 3, 2024.
Refunds, Exchanges and Donations
REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable unless in the form of a rain check.
EXCHANGES
Out of town or unable to make a show? No problem! Subscribers are able to exchange tickets up to 24 hours before the show – guaranteeing not a moment of your summer tradition is missed!
Know Before You Exchange
- Only season tickets are exchangeable.
- Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date and time printed on the original ticket you are exchanging. We recommend exchanging early!
- Muny Subscribers can exchange their season tickets for tickets of the same value within the same production, free of charge. When your season tickets are exchanged for tickets to a different production, the price difference between the season ticket price and the single ticket price will be due at the time of the exchange.
- Your tickets will be exchanged for the best available seating of the same value; however, we cannot guarantee the same seating area. If exchanges are made to seating with a lower price, no refund will be given.
- Tickets exchanged over the phone or online are considered a final exchange and your original seats will be released for sale. If the original tickets are brought to the theatre for use, they will not be honored.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
In Person: Beginning May 13, tickets may be exchanged at The Muny Box Office during normal box office hours.
By Phone: Phone exchanges begin May 13 for mobile season tickets; and May 20 for traditional printed tickets. Please contact our Season Ticket Phone Line at (314) 361-1900, 1 then 550 between 10am – 5pm. Be prepared with your season ticket account number, the exact section and seat number of each ticket you are exchanging, and the preferred performance date you’d like to exchange into.
Online: Available May 20, ticket exchange requests may be submitted online with our Online Exchange Request Form! Please allow up to 3 business days for your online exchange request to be processed.
By Mail: Mail only the season tickets you wish to exchange and include a letter with the preferred date(s) for your exchanged tickets. Mail to The Muny Box Office, Attn: Season Ticket Exchange, #1 Theatre Drive, St. Louis, MO 63112. Please allow enough time for mailing. Your tickets must be received by The Muny Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the date and time on your original ticket. Tickets received by mail for exchange less than one week prior to the new performance date will be held at Will Call. Past-dated, donated and transferred tickets are not exchangeable. We make every effort to place you into comparable seating for exchanges, however this cannot be guaranteed. You will be assigned the best available seats upon receipt of the requested change.

DONATE YOUR TICKETS
Donate your tickets and receive a tax deduction for the face value! Return your tickets to The Muny Box Office no later than 24 hours before the performance and The Muny will issue a receipt reflecting the amount paid for your tax purposes.
LOST TICKETS
If you misplace your tickets, contact the Box Office and your tickets for a future performance can be reprinted. Your original tickets will be voided and replacement tickets can be picked up in-person at The Muny Box office.
Performance Time
All performances begin promptly at 8:15pm.
For the enjoyment of all and in consideration of the performers, please arrive on time and safely remain at your seat until the house lights have been turned on during intermission and at the end of the performance. If you must leave your seat during the performance, please do so as safely and quietly as possible.
About The Shows
On the opening day of each production, you may find out the running time by calling (314) 361-1900 or visiting Shows and clicking on the production you are coming to see. Here you will also find the online show program, cast, show synopsis and content or special effects that may have a bearing on patron comfort.
Weather and Emergency Protocols
Weather: When inclement weather occurs and causes an interruption or delay to the performance, updates will be provided over the theatre’s public address system, video screens and posted on The Muny’s social media and on muny.org.
Emergency Number: If you need to be reached during a performance, please leave your seat number and the House Manager’s number with your service or sitter. Muny House Management on performance nights: (314) 367-9191.
Cancellation Policy and Rain Checks
The start time may be delayed or the performance may be interrupted due to inclement weather or other reasons. If a performance is cancelled before one hour of playing time has elapsed, including scheduled intermissions, your ticket will serve as your rain check. Rain check privileges are extended to ticket holders with a paid admission only. Rain checks may be redeemed for a ticket of the same value for any performance in the same season, or for a refund of the ticket price. If a performance is given after a delayed start or resumes after an interruption, rain checks are not valid and may not be exchanged or refunded. We will make every effort to present the performance, and typically will not cancel the performance before 9:30pm. A delayed start time or the length of an interruption in the performance will be determined by theatre management on a per case basis. Notice of delays or cancellations will be made over the theatre public address system and will also be posted on The Muny’s social media and on muny.org. In the case of a cancelled performance, beginning the following day, rain checks may be exchanged at The Muny Box Office for a ticket of the same value for any remaining performance of the same season subject to availability. Rain checks also may be redeemed for a full refund of the ticket price or donated back to The Muny. A refund will be issued to the purchaser on record with The Muny. A donation receipt reflecting the rain check value will be issued for tax purposes. Rain checks must be redeemed by August 31, 2024, either in person or by mail to The Muny Box Office. Only actual, legible tickets, in their original form will be accepted as rain checks.

Meet Us at The Muny! We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the traffic and to enjoy the full Muny experience. Treat yourself to savory nosh at the Culver Pavilion, delicious grab-and-go favorites, or unpack a picnic on the grass. And pop in to enjoy free entertainment in one of our preshow areas.
Concession stands, kiosks and other retail transactions made on the Muny campus are cashless and only offer credit, debit or Muny gift card payment options.
