Jobs Join the Muny Team

The Muny family is made up of gifted artists, talented producers and passionate staff. We work year-round to create experiences that leave you with a spring in your step and a melody in your heart. Join us as we bring a bit of Broadway to St. Louis.

Cast Auditions

Here’s your chance to be a part of the Muny magic onstage. We create a destination audition experience, and we’re looking for the best and brightest performers from across the country. Open auditions are held each winter for union and nonunion performers.

Orchestra Auditions

We’re proud to feature local professional musicians — members of the Musicians’ Association of St. Louis, Local 2-197 — in the pit to accompany every Muny performance. Check to see if there are openings this season in the Muny orchestra, and learn about the audition process.

Internships

The environment is intense, the stakes are high and the rewards are endless. Muny interns work closely with professionals from unions including IATSE, USA, SDC, AFM and Actors’ Equity. Our program is geared toward college and graduate students pursuing a theatre career.

Seasonal Staff

Each summer, we employ more than 1,000 staff members, including ushers, security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and food and beverage staff, along with performers and creative teams. For many young people, seasonal employment at The Muny is their first job experience.
