Here’s How To Win Free Seats for Diana Ross, Jon Batiste Concert at The Muny
ST. LOUIS — Tickets for The Muny’s nearly 1,500 “free seats” will be made available for The Muny Presents Diana Ross & Jon Batiste, a summer concert finale at 8 p.m. Aug. 28.
The Muny will distribute the tickets via a digital drawing. To enter, register now at muny.org/concertlottery. Only one entry per person will be accepted; duplicate entries and disposable email addresses will be discarded. There is a limit of two tickets per winner.
Ticket winners will be notified via email by Aug. 15.
The famous free seats at The Muny — made available for every production — are in the last nine rows at the back of the theatre. There is no walk-up line for the free seats for this special event; tickets for the free seats are available only through this online drawing.
“Eliminating barriers is at the core of our mission, and free seats have been part of the Muny experience for 107 years,” said Muny President & CEO Kwofe Coleman. “Nothing unites our community like The Muny, and we’re proud to continue that tradition. We’re also hopeful that concertgoers who’ve never experienced musical theatre here will be inspired to return next summer.”
From Ross’ timeless Motown hits to Batiste’s genre-defying brilliance, this one-night-only concert engagement will be an unforgettable celebration under the stars.
Tickets for The Muny Presents Diana Ross & Jon Batiste are $75-$300, exclusively at metrotix.com. MetroTix is the only authorized vendor of Muny tickets.
For years, live concerts were a staple at The Muny. The tradition returned in 2024 after more than three decades with a show headlined by John Legend and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. Other notable artists who have performed concerts at The Muny include Whitney Houston, Patti LaBelle, Sting, Barry Manilow, Bob Dylan, the Allman Brothers and Hank Williams Jr.
