“The Monsanto Fund has renewed its pledge of ensuring that all members of our community have the opportunity to share in the tradition and experience of The Muny,” said Muny President and CEO Denny Reagan. “Our Community Access Program speaks directly to the ‘accessible to all’ part of our mission and with the Monsanto Fund’s generosity, we will welcome thousands of guests at no cost during our 101st season.”

“As a beloved jewel in the St. Louis region, The Muny is celebrated for its stage productions as well as its commitment to making the theatre accessible to everyone,” said Michelle Insco, Monsanto Fund Program Officer. “We are honored to partner with The Muny during their 101st season and to support its Community Access Program.”

The Monsanto Fund, a philanthropic arm of Bayer, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the communities where farmers and Bayer employees live and work.

The Muny’s Community Access Program targets unserved and underserved communities, including those with physical and emotional limitations, in the St. Louis area whose members would be unable to attend on their own. By partnering with more than 150 social service organizations each season, The Muny is able to provide tickets at no cost to each Muny production. This program supports the mission of The Muny in the purest sense as it truly provides access to all, regardless of their individual ability to attend. Applications for the 2019 Community Access Program will open February 1. For more information or to apply, please visit muny.org/community-access.

The 2019 season schedule is: Guys and Dolls (June 10 - 16), Kinky Boots (June 19 - 25), 1776 (June 27 - July 3), Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (July 8 - 16), Footloose (July 18 - 24), Lerner and Loewe’s Paint Your Wagon (July 27 - August 2) and Matilda (August 5 - 11).

New subscriptions will go on sale March 8, 2019, and single tickets will be available beginning May 6, 2019. Muny gift cards for the 101st season are now available online and at The Muny Box Office, with preferred gift card season ticket subscriptions beginning March 4, prior to general public sales.
