Meet the 2025 Muny Kids Performance Troupe
ST. LOUIS — The Muny is pleased to announce the 25 young performers who have been selected for participation in the 2025 Muny Kids troupe.
In addition to receiving professional theatre training, the students function as year-round Muny performance ambassadors, reflecting the diverse community served by The Muny.
The Muny Kids, who range in age from 9 to 14, are chosen annually through an audition process in January and February.
“This year’s Muny Kids troupe represents an incredible group of dedicated, passionate artists, and we can’t wait to see them shine onstage and in the community,” said Tali Allen, director of education at The Muny. “The talent and energy of these young performers is truly inspiring, and I’m excited to welcome the 2025 Muny Kids to the Muny family!”
The Muny Kids and Muny Teens are a tour de force of young artists. Participants are trained in voice, dance, stage presence, craft, dedication and discipline.
The programs were founded in 1994 and have produced many stars on and off the stage. Graduates attribute a number of tangible life skills to their participation.
The Muny Kids and Muny Teens are the flagship programs of the Crawford Taylor Education Initiative.
Participants in the 2025 Muny Teens troupe will be announced soon.
