Season 2 of ‘Moments’ Docuseries Digs Deeper Into Muny Legacy

Moments, a Muny original docuseries, returns for a second season of seven episodes that explore our theatre’s rich artistic legacy — and what we’re doing to ensure our success for another century.

New installments are available every other Wednesday on YouTube, and current Muny season ticket holders get exclusive early access.

Moments is hosted by Rich Pisarkiewicz, who has performed in nearly 90 productions over 44 seasons at The Muny. In 2024, he starred as Grimsby in Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

Season 2 of Moments is dedicated to the memory of the legendary Ken Page, who graced the Muny stage in more than 45 shows. Most recently, he starred as the Bishop of Digne in our 2024 production of Les Misérables.

Moments debuted in November 2023 and is produced by the Muny marketing team.

Generations of St. Louisans share fond memories of concerts at The Muny, and in 2024, the theatre made a bold decision: Concerts would return, after more than three decades, starting with John Legend. It’s a new chapter for an institution that continues to evolve to serve the community.

After 106 seasons, some challenges remain when it comes to producing musical theatre outdoors. But history has shown there’s no storm The Muny can’t weather. Episode 202 of Moments explores the ways in which our theatre continues to evolve and improve its campus in Forest Park, thanks to support from the St. Louis community.

The Muny has a reputation for attracting some of Broadway’s brightest stars, both onstage and behind the scenes. But perhaps even more notable is the Muny tradition of growing talent right here. That commitment to nurturing both established and emerging talent ensures a vibrant future for musical theatre in St. Louis — and beyond. Coming Dec. 11!
